Our Equipment & Process.
We have a 25'x15'x20' sand blasting room, multiple sand blasting cabinets as well as a state of the art phosphate steamer that ensures that all parts are cleaned & prepped properly prior to coating. This makes for a flawless finish on your product. When it's time for powder, your parts are sprayed with a Gema OptiSelect gun which is the best of the best available on today's market. They are then rolled into our 12'x10'x25' gas powder coating oven. After a careful documented inspection by multiple team members, your products are packaged & ready for pickup/delivery. What is Powder Coating?

How it works?
A process called electrostatic spray deposition (ESD) is typically used in the application of the powder coating to a metal object. Applicators use a spray gun to apply an electrostatic charge to the powder that is attracted to the grounded part. After being coated with the powder, the parts/products are allowed to cure in an oven where a chemical reaction takes place & causes the powder particles to harden & form a finish that is very hard to break down or damage.
